First time using this dentist, I live two hours away and had called and they were aware of me on my way. Was only an hour from the dentist and my appt when they called to cancel and reschedule. This is just unacceptable and very rude to all customers.

Been going to this clinic since the Doctor before was in this clinic around 18 years and never have i been so disappointed by the lack of communication and time it takes to get a appointment! I scheduled a physical for my son 2 plus months ago got a reminder the other day that we had the appointment for today at a certain time. I had a different time on my calendar than what they had mind you the voice recording reminder cut out at the time of the reminder, so when i got there the receptionist was like he had a appointment half hour ago and i said thats not the time i have... so then she rudely say's, well we are going to have to reschedule! Continues to tell me it will be the end of December before i can get him in for another appointment... as its so easy to just make certain times for these appointments! I have never been so irritated! Very rude service by the lady at the front desk! I wont be back to this doctor! Very disappointing!!!!

Great staff! Kristin S. Is a very good doctor! I will be using this facility as my main no emergency doctor needs. Had a cough for about 5 weeks urgent car me couldn't help me but Kristin at Family Medical helped me out and I could actually breath without coughing when I left there and I was only there for 30min in and out!
