I am a medical assistant for Dr. Davidson. One of my duties is to call patients and arrange for their appointments. Most patients are able to get an appointment within ten days and their endoscopies scheduled within one or two weeks max. We have patients who are willing to drive 2 hours to have their procedures at our affiliated surgery centers. Every patient receives paper work and instructions in the mail prior to their appointment. After their paper work is finished during their visit they watch a 15 minute educational video , have a consultation with the doctor then get scheduled for their procedures usually within 50 minutes. The average patient is very happy with our services.

 In our office many patients with cancers get cured.

I have worked with Dr. Jonathan Davidson for quite a while, and I can honestly say that he is a pleasure to work with.  He is caring, kind, and very accommodating to both his patients and staff.  Dr. Davidson is very energetic and will not stop working until all his patients are assisted.  He will get them seen as soon as possible to ensure that all of their needs are addressed, as well. Dr. Davidson is a wonderful physician, and I truly enjoy working with him, his staff, his patients!!

My Dad had a 4pm appt today, which I scheduled yesterday. When we showed up, we were told the appt was cancelled because the Dr. "over-scheduled" and didn't have time to see my Dad. When asked why I was not notified, the office supervisor (?) shrugged and said, "you guys can come back tomorrow or Thursday". The attitude was both flippant and rude, as it assumed that our time is not important and we have nothing better to do than waste time driving back and forth to their office.

I asked if we can leave a message for the Dr., the answer was "we don't do that" and "if you'd rather receive service elsewhere, that's fine. What?! Really?!

I saw the bad Google reviews earlier today but decided to have an open mind, despite my misgivings about the doctor and the staff leaving 5 star reviews for themselves. Bottom line, I will be finding another doctor. The rudeness and incompetence was overwhelming and I cannot in good conscience trust them to help my elderly father. Save yourself the aggravation and more importantly, your health, and seek treatment elsewhere.

I was at Nivana surgery center. Everyone was super nice and fun. The only problem was I waited for while to get in but other then that they were great and professional and nice.

Besides being uncomfortable my personal procedure was not the worst thing about this place. It was more the atmosphere and the general janitors closet feel to the procedure room. The whole review that Dr. Davidson wrote about himself is ridiculous and unprofessional in itself. This part made me cringe"Do you want a high quality colonoscopy performed by a board certified US trained MD who has performed over 20,000 colonoscopies .. you know where to go..." whoever let this man become a board certified MD should really feel badly for his patients. Sadly most of his patients are not fluent in English  or very old so they don't even know better. I watched one poor old woman after her procedure, obviously still foggy from anaesthesia, get pulled by the arm back to the waiting room and her clothes were not on her all the way. NOT professional, NOT compassionate, NOT clean. Please urge your insurance provider not to refer anyone to him. The speed of the appointment is not worth the lack of actual care
