Very slow.. asked few hours from work to do a drug test, but for some reason it takes much more time than they even promise. Drug test should be much faster than that. The patients that came after us getting called before us, 5 of them. Will try to find other place to make it happen faster, even thou, this place is right around the corner from my company. Sad.

OMG! This place is slow. How do you have all those workers in the back and call 1 person per hour? Need to figure out a better system.

My wife went here for a blood draw yesterday. Today she had blue skin on the arm and pain because the 'professional' who did the draw was not trained properly to do so, apparently. Please, hire people who know the basics of medical practice. This is not something that is supposed to happen with a simple blood draw.

I will never go back to this facility. Took forever, husband was in alot pain couldn't even swallow. No wonder they have only one star. I shouldn't even give them that. Took to long to verify his insurance..Go to the ER never this place

This was the most unprofessional place I've ever experienced. I didn't catch her name but the Hispanic lady started my drug screen process and ended up tossing my urine because she said "it doesn't smell like urine. " WTH is she implying?
