Dr. Tronolone and his staff was amazing and very professional! Dr. Tronolone was thorough and I felt comfortable throughout the process. Thank you Dr. Tronolone, Tracy and the rest of the team
He listened to me when I told him something was going on with my husband that is 42 years old. 3 days later he took him to cath lab and then transferred to Atl for 5 bypasses. I will forever be grateful for a doctor that took the time to listen to our concerns and not just write him off his symptoms because of his age and health status. His entire office staff was great! I would definitely recommend Dr. Tronolone.
THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT DR. TRONOLONE’s KNOWLEDGE OR ABILITIES AS A PHYSICIAN. First appointment for my dad. Besides the nurse not introducing herself, we waited in the exam room while Dr Tronolone was on a phone call. No one came in to tell us anything. I went to the front desk and asked the receptionist if there was a better time to schedule to get in and out faster. She said “sometimes the doctor has to go to the hospital for emergencies”. I asked if that’s where he was and she said “I don’t know, I’m not in the back”. First of all, I am an ER nurse, I KNOW there are emergencies. I went back to the exam room with my parents and a few minutes later, she came in the room and said that Dr Tronolone was on a phone call and that this was very unusual and “I don’t know how long it will be, it may be a while”. My dad was hurting from arthritis so we said we would reschedule. I asked the receptionist if it was a personal phone call or a professional call and she looked at me like I asked her for money. It took her a second to respond I thought it was a legitimate question. She said “I would think professional”. She never apologized and was just hateful. Not understanding or considerate at all. I understand things come up. Had they kept us informed, this would have been a whole different review. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Sadly, dad needs a good cardiologist but will probably not be back.
First and foremost, Dr. Tronolone has always been an excellent cardiologist for my mother. Unfortunately, the cardiac tech doing the stress test was NOT professional. Over 4 hour wait for a stress test. Waiting room was packed. No social distancing. Once the test was done no more than 5 min on the treadmill, leads and tape were snatched off and tore the skin. She treated my mother like a prisoner and was extremely rude. I definitely think she could use some continuing education on proper patient edicate and care.
When you go to see him he makes you feel like you are his only patient...he listens and gives you time to ask questions. Also his staff makes your visit so pleasant ...I have nothing but the highest respect for all of them.
The staff was very polite and Dr. Tronolone was nice, welcoming, and easy going. I highly recommend this office!
My Dr. setup a second opinion appointment with this Dr. and they called my doctor and said we don’t do second opinions. This is ridiculous to say the least but after reading other reviews I can see why it’s less than 4 stars!!!
