I have been a patient of Dr. Wall and Dr. Baker at Dental Solutions for a couple of years where I have had dental cleanings, removal of festering root canals, bone grafts, sinus lifts, implants, and ozone treatments to name a few. Their holistic approach to dental work is greater than my smile that their service provides. There are many dentists out there that create an artificial smile, but few that have the patient smiling on their own. As a patient of Dental Solutions, I smile because of how I feel from their quality work. One of the first things I noticed was the courteousness and knowledge of the staff. From Cheryl at the front desk to the different assistants I came in contact with. They are friendly and remembered items we discussed from previous visits which makes me, the patient, feel relaxed. All the staff seem to have the same holistic approach that Dr. Wall has built his practice on. Both doctors take adequate time to explain your options and how the procedures will work. This time was well spent to decrease my anxiety of the overall plan and to gain understanding. They also explained my responsibility in faster and healthier recovery time. Their concern wasn’t just in the procedure, but my recovery process as we went through this journey together. In my past experiences I have sat through other consultations where the dentist used this time to demoralize me as the patient for the dental problems rather than how to go forward. Dr. Wall and Dr. Baker invested their time into my health and well-being. After spending a small period of time in the office there at Dental Solutions it is readily apparent that they focus on continued education. Their dental education is not a checklist that stopped with their degree hanging on the wall, but a continuous effort to apply new technology and approaches. Often times while sitting in their office having work done, I overhear the different seminars they have attended or taught to further their dental knowledge. From the low frequency of 3D scans to new techniques of oral surgery, they truly care about me and my overall health through continued education. Their holistic approach hasn’t wavered as long as I have been a patient. When I look back at my journey from the initial exam to now, it was laced with lots of dental problems. I will ever be grateful for the work on my health from Dental Solutions. I would highly recommend Dr. Wall’s and Dr. Baker’s expertise to those who fear dental work increases problems, rather than solutions. Every smile has its unique set of opportunities and Dental Solutions has given me a fresh start.

Dr Jordan Baker did an amazing job! I chipped my front tooth crown, and he fixed it perfectly. Looks great! He was thorough, meticulous, and the experience was pain free. I highly recommend him!

Extremely expensive. The Staff and the Dentist were very nice. Long wait to be examined and for follow-up visits, over 60 days wait for appointments. I wanted a second opinion and requested my xrays and evaluation records three (3) times, each time I was promised that they were "in the mail" and still never received any of the records. My first evaluation cost $400 for exam and xrays. I paid in full prior to the exam. My first Phase was an estimated two hour surgery for $8,000 involving four (4) teeth.

It's all a bad blur. I remember waiting in the lobby for 2 hours after the scheduled time for my wife's appointment, listening to the receptionist go over everyone's financial situation. I remember trying to call the office and always getting voicemail. I remember getting a call saying my wife was under anesthesia and wanting to know right now if they had my permission to do an $800 cavitation on her, which isn't covered by any insurance because it's not a recognized procedure. I remember the doctor not bothering to check on her either after the surgery or even during the follow up visit. I remember my wife cutting the stiches out of her own mouth in our bathroom because the stitches were wearing a hole in her cheek. I remember them charging us about $250 for a baggie of supplements that seemed pretty worthless. I mostly remember them charging us about $3000 to pull two teeth. Now, a year later, it turns out that the flunky that removed the stitches at the follow up visit didn't get them all, and one of the stitches has been in there a year causing a nasty infection. The only reason I gave them two stars is because he actually managed to remove the two teeth, and my wife thought the initial whole health screening and consultation gave her some good information going forward.
