Dr. Kathleen Torres actually talks to you, explains everything, the why questions, what to expect, etc. Dr. Torres takes her time in reviewing my chart, meds, tests done, if I have any questions. I never felt rushed and honestly everything was explained so clearly, time wasn't wasted. I feel so blessed to have Dr Kathleen Torres because she is getting to the root of my illness. I know I'm in good hands!

This Doctor is dangerous. She immediately misdiagnosed me because she assumed things. Then when I sloke to her regarding a medication I keep with me incase an issue I have starts, I can stop it before it becomes a major issue. Whe told me to make an appointment to get the meds, or go sit in the E.R. Really??? We have tried to make appointments with her and are constantly passed off to her Nurse Practitioner. Mandy Misdiagnosed a U.T.I. and sent my wife to the E.R., IN ENCINITAS. By the way, Scripps Encinitas Sucks as a hospital, and this is where Torres does business. Her office staff are incompetent and dangerous as well. I have no faith in this Doctor or her staff. After trying to get the Meds I need for my health issue, I was sent to another Doctor across the hall. Guess what? I like that Doctor better and am switching. From my experience, Doctor Kathleen Torres is dangerous in the way she approaches My personal health care. I came to her looking for a P.C. Dotor, and I'm leaving the same way.
