I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Payne & Payne. They are truly a "family" practice. The staff is amazing and work very hard to make sure your dental treatment is taken care of in every posivtive matter from a cleaning, xrays, fillings or anything else. They make sure your comfortable and understand the treatment your getting at all times. They make sure Iam aware of my copay prior before my appointments if it is a larger procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Payne & Payne for all ages.

Dr.Kevin Payne  has been my dentist for several year and Denise has cleaned my teeth also for several years..i have always found them to do a really good job, being  fair on their prices and honest.  and always willing to work with me.

After routine cleaning, I was advised that a follow up procedure for deep cleaning was necessary after getting insurance approval. A few months later, I went for a follow up procedure. The appointment was done within less than 24 hours of initiating contact. When I showed up for the follow up procedure, I was given a print out that stated my insurance did not cover the procedure. The staff insisted that I get a regular cleaning given that my insurance would pay for that. I said no, since my last cleaning wasn't that long ago, plus I really had more important issues to go deal with than use up my authorized dental cleaning when I didn't vist the office for that routine cleaning. I visited the office for the follow up deep cleaning. According to this dentist, PAYNE & PAYNE DDS PLC, a "no show" cancellation means $50 penalty. I received the penalty bill a couple months later for services not provided. This is outright unscrupulous! My appointment was initiated and I showed up within less than 24 hours, hence giving a 24 hour notice would be meaningless, besides, the procedure was not approved by my insurance, of which, the dentist office should have notified me before setting up an appointment for me to go in the next day just to hand me a procedure denial from the insurance company. The contention is that, Payne & Payne DDS PLC attempted to switch the appointment to a regular cleaning which would be payable by the insurance. I had just got my regular cleaning less than 3 months ago, this would have been unnecessary waste of insurance resources and my time. I think the back staff is composed of decent and hard working people, the front end business model STINKS. I will not recommend anyone, there is additional questionable schemes on payment extrapolated from my daughters coverage, which I have contacted my kids and my wife's insurance company to look into alleged potential fraud.

Ive always been scared of the dentist but since i started going here a few years ago its been nothing to go see my favorite dentist , especially when i had a very bad experience at bay city dental when i was younger , Doctor Payne is very comforting and makes you laugh to get your mind off the needles( which scare me to death) i used to have to squeeze a nurses hand but not anymore  i love it there and all the staff are so welcoming :) I recommend this dentist office everytime i hear someone in need of a dentist :)
