I love Dr. Tan and her nurses are the best! She actually cares about your child and sits down and talks to you. I never feel like she is rushing. I have nothing to complain about. Every time i have called them in an emergency to get in, i get in that day.

Dr Tan and her staff are wonderful and have taken great care of my child! It is easy to get an appointment and her staff is excellent!

Love Dr. Tan and her nurse's. I used her for my daughter from birth till she aged out.

Front staff does not acknowledge you, and will let you standing at the window for a long time. Until they saw a line forming they finally made eye contact. Staff is not polite, and talk very loud to you from far away allowing the rest of the waiting room to hear them.... By appt. only, meaning my child needed to be seen within the same day due to a bad cough and I was made to wait until the following day.
