First time patient today. Excellent and very professional staff. He's the best primary Dr. I have ever had. The visit was not rushed. I have multiple medical issues that need imediate attention and he took time to hear me out on all issues, and was very patient with me. 
My last Dr. was rush, rush,rush! Always felt like I was in a processing plant  I never felt like  I was heard.
I highly recomend Dr. Basara. Everyone at his office was the perfect combination of down to earth yet Very Professional!

I joined Horizon on 8/1/15 and chose Dr. Basara as my primary care giver.  I called on 11/4/15 to make an appointment and a rude receptionist "Joy" told me they were not accepting new patients.  Well... I've been your patient for over 3 months now.  Horizon said it was 100% Dr. Basara's fault that they were listed as accepting new patients and should have accepted me.
