***BUYER BEWARE, VERY SNEAKY, DISHONEST*** So I show up for my appointment at 6:15pm (6:30 appointment) We have a seat at about 6:50 they come out for us. Nobody ever said anything about the wait. But that’s ok. So we finally get in, they do the exam. I start to talk to them about glasses at that point is when they finally tell me they don’t except my insurance for the glasses BUT they can give me 30% off something that would be free at another place. (Very nice of them). So I ask the lady WHY this was never brought to my attention before they swiped the insurance card for the exam. Her answer??? I don’t know. (They wanted to make sure they got there money that’s why) She tells me she didn’t think we wanted glasses. Didn’t want glasses??? What did she think we were doing there??? Yeah lady we came back twice because we didn’t have anything else to do. If she would have just said listen we’re slow hurting for business, is it ok If i scam you’re insurance company take the money for the exam and you go somewhere else for your glasses?? Could have at least respected the hoesty. THIS PLACE IS A BIG SCAM THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SWIPING THAT INSURANCE CARD. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

First visit for eye doctor appointment 25 minutes late but services were performed and I was prescribed eye drops and told I needed to follow up in a month. I come back in a month and am asked for my vision insurance card which I gave a month ago because she needs a phone number but than told they need my medical card. When I ask why they say it is because it is an appt for a medication follow up. After 25 min past my appt time I say I need to go how long will the wait be. I am told I will have to pay a $70 co-pay but the doctor will decrease to $30. This is ridiculous as none of this information was explained a month ago and I only went on prescription instead of over the counter at her suggestion. Poor communication and the doctor couldn't even communicate with me personally about it.

ForEyes has definitely changed their design estetic at this new 'boutique' location. The waiting area is too small (only 4 chairs) for the doctor's office and the front desk is crowded with both patients and people coming to pick up. I had a 1pm appointment for my daughter, we weren't seen until 2pm but the doctor did explain that there were a few emergency appointments that threw them off schedule. Still I think I'll visit Pearle or America's Best next time and see how I make out.
