Very lousy office staff. I was running about 10 minutes behind (due to my health issue), called and explained my situation to the receptionist. She told me that there was no way that the doctor could see me that day because other patients were waiting. I was supposed to meet my dad in the office to handle the paperwork for me. I asked her if he had arrived yet and she replied with "there is no one in the waiting room" - after she told me people were waiting. I had been waiting more than 3 weeks for this appointment. The fact that the receptionist blatenly lied to me shows how poor of a doctor's office is being ran there. If you are refered to this office, I highly suggest you ask for an alternative.
