Very thankful for Dr. Narayana and the whole office really. He was able to schedule me on short notice when others had more than a year wait list or was not accepting anyone. No nonsense kinda guy "Does not play games". Great doctor who has taken my case seriously. Nothing but great respect for him.

I never thought I would be writing this review, but as a Mental Health provider myself for over 30 years, & having worked professionally with Dr. N & being a patient for more than 10 years(!!!!), I feel a moral/ethical responsibility to share my experience. Over the years, Dr. N prescribed primarily the same medications for me as they appeared to be working & he felt they were appropriate. One was a BENZODIAZAPINE medication (Alprazolam) which is a HIGHLY addictive (physically & psychologically) drug intended for short term use. Dr. N along w another psychiatrist I saw briefly continued to prescribe me the maximum dose of this medication for 18 + years, despite my questioning if I should try to discontinue. I was repeatedly told it was "fine". I NEVER abused it, shared it, ran out early (except once when stolen), kept appts., paid bills, had a good rapport (even though Dr.N had to ask me each time "what I was taking & what I needed"). Dr. N recently "dropped" me as a pt., leaving me without dr. or meds that have SEVERE LIFE THREATENING implications going off too quickly (it can take months/years). Not only is this medically negectful, it is dangerous & upsetting. Over the years, I have referred countless patients to Dr. N. He provided no referral or med continuation & I had NO WARNING he was "dropping me" for NO VALID REASON. UNACCEPTABLE AND INEXCUSABLE! Irresponsible not to mention dangerous to get a pt. addicted to a medication & abruptly dismissing with no plan for continued care. He should be barred! I'm in disbelief, & experiencing extreme withdrawal effects that are physically/emotionally dangerous. How can a DOCTOR do this??????!!!! I am ashamed to be a part of the mental health profession, & my apologies to anyone I referred to him! Completely unethical. Wish I could have given 0 stars.

Extremely awful experience. Waited in the office at least 40 minutes for my appointment. He talked on the phone with other people during my visit. He reviewed my information and then said he would have to change my current medication plan without even asking me how I was doing or any relevant questions. I stayed with him for a few months because I couldn’t find another provider who would take my insurance at that time. Before I moved out of state I asked for at least two refills that would hold me over until I could find another provider and he said no. I had to argue with him for an extended period explaining that it often took months to be seen as a new patient but he still would not help me.
