Felt was listened too but not heard. Felt I was judged while being smiled at. Felt like a child talking to an adult. Wish she just would have told me she didn't want to be my doctor instead of "treating" my "phantom" pains. I recommend not being honest about your past.  My future healthcare was predetermined before I even opened my mouth. Thanks peacehealth. Er does a better job then regular doctor visits. Oh!! Don't forget about that. She crossed her fingers to inform me she's tight with the er doctors. Duh. also felt as if I was being spoken to like I am slow to understand. Going elsewhere. 6 months is enough for me.

Front desk and nurses are super nice and respectful. Can NOT say the same for “DR.”nadezhda. She was extremely rude, told me she only has time for one question...would ignore everything I would say about my problem (Like she didn’t believe me). tells me the same thing over and over again that she can’t do anything. Wouldn’t give me the medicine I was prescribed. I told her I was in pain she reply’s “go back to the emergency room”.

Experience has taught me that the front desk staff sets the tone for an office and reflects how important customer service is to the doctor.  Melissa is amazing - smart, friendly and kind!  She went above and beyond to assist my husband before and after his visit.  Dr. Volsky was on vacation - the clinic's nurse practitioner Rosie was terrific.  Jimmy felt he received excellent, knowledgable, and caring service.  Thanks so much!

Couldn't be happier with Dr Volsky's office! She is the best doctor I've had in a long time. She really listens and relates well. She didn't try to change all of my medications like my past 2 doctors did, and understands my previous sports injuries. She actively seeks different types of therapies that provide an array of treatment options and offer alternatives when needed. The receptionist also went above and beyond to help make sure I was covered even though I have an obscure short term medical insurance plan. This is the kindest medical office experience I have ever had.

We love Dr Volsky! She's incredible with my three kids. She's knowledgable and straightforward. We are seen pretty quickly every time we go. They always squeeze us in when we have an "emergency" ailment (pink eye, for example). I would highly recommend her.
