DR Carnes did my neck procedure a few weeks ago. The entire staff at Village Surgery was exceptional. Dr Carnes took time to explain ,in a manner easily understood, what was going to happen. This procedure was a "TEST" to see if I would feel relief from multiple disc problems. I feel RELIEF! yah! Thank you Dr. Carnes
