I love going to see Dr.Thompson he's an excellent doctor but those stupid bitches that work in the front are extremely rude. They act like they hate their job and if they do hate it that much then they should just get the hell out there. And stop acting like they are better then everybody.

Dr. Dailey is one of the best among all others. She listens to your concerns and is very patient. She is my favourite in the group.

I have delivered 2 of the 4 of my babies with this practice and I am currently pregnant with my 5th. Dr. Thompson is my primary doctor. I haven't had a baby in 4 years and he remembered me. I like that you get to see every doctor before you deliver because, for example, Dr Thompson was not on call when I went into labor the last time and atleast I had met the doctor who was a few times so I didn't feel like she was a total stranger to me. I really like their new location and I like how quickly you get in for your appointments. I like the beeper system because atleast you know you are going to be called next. I like that they call you to remind you of your appointment and that you can get you test results right over the phone or online as soon as they are available, even on the weekend. I think their new office is state-of-the-art and the quality of care you receive, I think it is worth it. They haven't been at the new location very long, so they still have some bugs to work out but I think it is a wonderful improvement and I LOVE that you can get all of your prenatal appointments done in an hour with only one stop (blood draws, sonograms, wellness check). You can't get that at other offices, you have to travel all over and set different appointment times. I have always been treated really well by all of the staff members:) I have some problems in this pregnancy and they have always had a nurse call me back right away, the doctor on call has always gotten back to me quickly and when I have gone to the ER, I have gotten to see one of the doctors at the practice and not just some random ER doctor. I think they are awesome and I DEFINATELY recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

There are too many doctors no one ever knows who you are. I am 38 weeks pregnant and they dont want to listen to me about my pain or give me any options of what I can do. They always tell me they will discuss things at my next appointment but the new doctor I have everytime never seems to know what I am talking about.

Not sure if it was my hormones or what but she was VERY rude on the phone... I finally told her to forget it. I am surprised that the help isn't more friendly to a potentially NEW paitent. Guess they have enough business they can treat people like this????
