The staff seems sorely incompetent. 1) It takes ten (TEN!) minutes to reschedule an appointment over the phone, 6 of those minutes consisting of awkward silences from the receptionist as he or she tries to figure out how to reschedule an appointment. 2) I got scheduled an appointment at a different office location without being told there was another office location and went to my appointment to find a locked and closed office. 3) The doctor requested an x-ray for me and I forgot to ask the staff about how to get it due to passing out from a poorly given blood drawing for lab work (10 tubes worth at one time), so I tried calling the office later to find out how to get the x-ray done. I left 4 messages at the nurses station and never received a call back. Dr Frank seems to be a good doctor from the one time I've seen him, but the staff is attrocious.

I have been a patient of Dr. Franks since 2010. and he is the best. The staff is always friendly and courteous even when you can tell they are under pressure. Dr. Frank himself has always been friendly and very knowledgeable. I do see him for a chronic condition but he is always ready to look at and address other issues I might have. I used to live in the Seminole area and his office was only five minutes from my house. I then moved to Holiday and am willing to travel the 50 minutes to continue seeing him. After all when something isn't broke why try to fix it, he is the best after all.

Dr. Frank and his staff actually follow the Dr's creed. They are there to genuinely help people, not just shuffle you through the door.for the $$. I cant say enough good things about them.🤕👍

I'm a patient, have been for little over a year, and he's a great doctor, understanding and takes the time the patients need, even if it means I have to wait a bit longer.

This man saved my life. I have several chronic diseases,and lived in severe pain every single day until I found Dr. Frank. I could not get out of bed,when I did,I was in a wheelchair or using a walker. Now,thanks to him I have a reason to get up (because now I CAN get up) every day! He is very observant,spends about 30 minutes with me every month, he LISTENS to me,in the past my pain management docs would let their asst. talk to me and I would see the Doctor (Brown) for maybe ONE minute! I'm serious,she also never even read my files! I love Dr. Frank,he is very caring and he knows what he is doing. Thank you Dr. Frank! I would also like to thank Sandy Baker (PT) for taking such good care of me with my physical therapy....I have had several PT's and she is one of the best. She also makes me feel like part of a family there...they all do.
