Long wait for scheduled appointment. Visited by a PA- quick body scan and then went right into two spots that I wanted to talk about. She said she could freeze them off now- circled them in pen- no real explanation or time or look at my skin with light- just wanted to do procedure. I left feeling so bewildered. I called my insurance to make sure that this doctor was in my network and she was. I made an appointment with this office and they requested a copy of my insurance card, which I sent. I drove 40 mins to the Burr Ridge office because I had a skin emergency and was trying to see a specialist and not sit in the emergency room. When I got there, the receptionist was cleaning her nails. She asked for my insurance card and then turns me away. She says they don't take my kind of insurance. I have reported this to multiple entities. I'm hoping that no one else gets turned away like this again.

I would never recommend Dr. Bhatt. She spent 10 minutes with me total and billed it as a thirty minute office visit. She did not want to be bothered with a full skin assessment and asked me to show her any problem areas. A first time consultation should include an assessment completed by the doctor not the patient. She basically handed me a peice of paper that said to use mild soaps and lotions. She advised me to use sunscreen. Don't waste your time or money! Terrible bedside manner, in a rush and obviously became a doctor for the money not because she's invested in better health outcomes or because she cares at all about people. I will be finding a new provider.

Misinformed by staff. Unhelpful. Asked to speak to upper management or someone who can help and she wouldn't take down my information.

Health personnel went above and beyond not only care for my skin problems but treat the person as a whole.
