Dr. Ting's office and staff just ROCK! My daughter and I were made to feel right at home with cookies and smiles. My daughter now loves going to the dentist and looks forward to each visit. Imagine that!!

Great consultation!  The whole office made my son and I comfortable from the second we walked in the door.  They included him in all the conversations and allowed him to ask his own questions.  It made an 8-yr boy at ease with the idea of getting braces.  Thank you!

Had our initial consultation with Dr. Ting today for both of my boys.  I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish.  First thing being that I received a personal call from Dr. Ting the night before to welcome us and that he looked forward to meeting with us the next day---no one does that anymore and I was in awe of that since I am in the Customer Service industry.  Then when entering our appt today, we were met with a warm and friendly front lady.  Our consultation was thorough and walked away with no unknown questions, everything had been laid out thoroughly with our financial lady, and was very impressed.:)
