Dr Ho is an amazing dentist and I can't say enough about Crystal, Malinda and the rest of the staff. Alicia is a superb dental hygienist. She is warm, caring and efficient. Wouldn't want anyone else to clean my teeth. They feel like family. Been going to Dr Ho for years and plan on continuing as long as he is in practice.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ho for over 10 years. I trust him. My visit are always pleasant. I never feel pressured to utilizing services that are not necessarily. If finances are an issue he understands and works on a maintenance plan with me until I can afford the procedures. He truly has this patient best interest at heart. Alicia is my dental hygienist. She is quick and gentle with her hands. She always welcomes me with a big smile.

I've been a patient of this office for over 10 years. I moved to Huntington Beach over a year ago but still travel to RSM to see Alicia for my cleanings and Dr Ho for everything else. Alicia is amazingly gentle, efficient and so incredibly sweet. You can't help feeling relaxed and comfortable, even if you have an aversion to going to the dentist. Dr Ho has an extremely gentle hand and I'm always comfortable with his assessment of what work I need to have done.

I went to Dr Ho 4 years ago for extensive dental work including implants. This wasn't an easy decision as it was very costly but he assured me that I would be happy. As it turns out, the process was disappointing. After weeks of consultations, we were ready to begin. From the start, there were problems, including not enough bone on the bottom of my mouth to install implants. Why didn't Dr Ho know this BEFORE he yanked out my teeth? There were no other options at this point, so he had to use other surrounding teeth that were not supposed to be touched. I complained from the very beginning that I had pain any time air or anything cold would come in contact with my new teeth. He said he he didn't know why, therefore, never resolved. Turns out, the nerves are exposed and I have lived with this pain from the beginning. When the bridge arrived, it was installed and it was not right. So, more pain because it wasn't done properly. When the second bridge arrived, even Dr Ho said he wasn't happy with the top section, where the end tooth doesn't line up. I continued to complain about the pain, and he wanted to send me to a specialist. This was going to cost ME more money. This entire process was very disturbing and I was concerned because I had paid in advance. The work was complete, but still having pain. On Thanksgiving, one of my teeth broke off at dinner. I though I had all implants on the bottom. This was a complete surprise. He must have had an issue with the bottom piece and gave me a crown instead. This is anything but permanent and certainly not what I paid for. (I paid for an implant) He continued to tell me he would get back to me about getting this fixed, even talking to my current dentist after putting the crown back in. Well, the last message I received was horrifying. It was an E mail that said this: I've been thinking about your case and it was not an average case and we did out best with what we had to work with. He said you used to smoke and that didn't help the situation. (I quit smoking before this procedure began) He then told me my dental work gave me many years of service. Really? 3-4 years is all your implants are good for? Are you kidding me? Lets not forget what I stated earlier. I've had pain and discomfort since the very beginning, and he was aware of this. Then he says my teeth shift. Well if that's the case, why did you hook the bridge onto a tooth that would eventually do this and create an even more serious problem? The final thing he says in this e mail is this. While it is unfortunate you are unhappy at this time, too much time has elapsed for me to consider your request and based on loss of confidence and trust, the patient/dentist relationship has been compromised. Therefore, I feel uncomfortable treating you anymore. So, this is my "You will be happy" e mail. Dr Ho obviously won't take responsibility and certainly doesn't back his work. Every day I have to eat carefully in fear of teeth coming apart and the constant pain is sometimes unbearable. I've had 2 dentists tell me that the work should be done all over again. I have attached photos of what my 32,000.00 mouth looks like after only 4 years. (many years of service) Ivan Ho is only after your money and doesn't care about you. His video is a joke. Look at MY teeth. That's HIS work. As it turns out, I sadly have to have ALL implants removed along with other teeth he used to bridge the gap and it will cost more than the original 32,000 I paid for the Dr Ho disaster. I am still paying off the Dr Ho bill because I took out a loan. Every dentist I've been to is appalled by what he has done and THEY apologize for his unprofessional behavior. The amount of pain and suffering I am about to endure is criminal and people need to know what they are getting into with this guy. Go to anyone but Dr Ho for ANY dental work. The proof is in the photos.

Getting my wisdom teeth removed was a scary thought! However, Dr. Ho & his amazing team at Platinum Dental made my experience a breeze! Dr. Ho is so sincere and very knowledgeable!! You can tell his staff is there because they actually love their jobs! Alicia, Malinda, and ALL the girls absolutely rock! I got my teeth cleaned by Alicia and she did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend Platinum Dental!
