Wow, just wow. Given the caliber of services described on the website I am in absolute shock at the experience I had trying to make an appointment for help with a broken wrist. While in pain, I call, am told to call back in 10 minutes, they are on lunch. Call back in 30 minutes, same story. Get put on hold, describe my situation with my wrist, and that I am looking for my next step and get a very sharp tone about "she can't help me with that can't tell me what to do..that is basically my problem." I honestly can't believe this just happened. I don't often write reviews, but it is not acceptable for someone in pain reaching out for help to have this sort of experience. I called despite seeing some other reviewers mention this issue, and I really should not have spent my time doing so.

Though Dr Afra seems to be very competent. I have been unhappy with the lack of customer service his "front desk" has demonstrated. Both in person and over the phone have included interactions that didn't indicate that they cared about my business or even wanted to help me. I sort of felt like I was bothering or inconveniencing them. It's too bad they don't match the Dr's level of concern and care.

Excellent experience, Dr. Afra is very informative always willing to answer questions and explain treatments and procedures. Makes you feel safe, comfortable and in goods hands. He will tell you "how it is" , up front and honest. Don't know what I would have done with out him!!!

Dr. Afra and his whole office staff are top rate. After my son sustained an injury during a high school game, he changed his schedule around in order to see him right away. His diagnosis and treatment plan were thorough and his communication was excellent throughout the recovery process. I highly recommend him!

This doctor is one of the best I've seen. Wish he was a family doctor. Listens and cares❤️
