very disappointed how the owner Dr Sergey Karol handled the situation! Last week I had a temporary crown on my upper teeth,after few days brook and came  out and I was in such pain I called their what’s called emergency phone number(after one of the dentist assistant pointed to call if it comes out!)
no one answered and no one called back I had to call again after few hours and I got someone answer I believe it’s his wife! She wasn’t helpful she told me to go and fix it my self or wait after the weekend because dr Karol is not available in the weekends!
I visited today and I tried like a civilized person to discuss the issue with Sergey Karol he got defensive,told me I’m difficult to deal with and to find a deferent office! Shocking this is the first incident I have with this office in the 4 years I have been going to him!
I don’t recommend for when you need him his not available.

Probably the best dentist I found since I moved to Florida in 2003. Highly recommend!

They are efficient, caring, wonderfully professional and as pain free as dentistry can be, I'm always impressed with the results!

Seriously - I have never had a positive experience at the dentist. At Dr. Korol's office, everyone was  nice & helpful. They didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary services or items. I appreciated the accommodations they have in place for small children. My 4 year old and I received cleanings at the same time and they made sure she was comfortable and happy. When she was done, they brought her in the room with me, a room which was equipped with a kids' table, chairs, crayons and coloring sheets. It was an ideal dental experience. lol I can't even believe I just wrote that because I never that that would happen in my life! :)

Doctor was very  gentle and kind. Him and his staff made me feel very at ease. His staff were all professional and friendly. Office was extremely clean. I would highly recommend this Office
