I flew in from a week vacation with no appointment but severe tooth pain. I was outside the door right when they opened and the girls welcomed me in and assured me I'm going to be seen. In the down time i had x rays taken and everything was set up for the doctor right when he got in. I was also given an ice pack before hand for the pain. The doctor came in and he was so calming and so soothing and went into on how we needed to remove the tooth. It wasn't a swift removal since my tooth was infected it did take a while to get the multiple pieces of it out. The doctor always made sure I wasn't in pain and comforted me through the entire experience. His assistant was also super helpful with assuring me everything is fine. After he finally got the tooth out he stitched me up and gave me directions of after care. Later that night at about 7 the girls from the office called me just to check up on me to see how I was doing which I loved. I wasn't prepared for such an intense visit and to get this tooth taken out but everyone was so amazing and professional and clean. I'm so glad to have found the dentist I did. Again thank you girls so much and the doctor!

This office was absolute great and I do not like going to the dentist. The consult was straight talk, no sales, no pushing of anything. That was appreciated greatly. They offer many services there

I have waited for over 2 hours every time I've come here for an appointment and my filling came out 2 weeks after they put it in. The staff and hygenists are really nice. I wish that the practice was more professional in terms of time management.

I appreciate the attention I am shown and care with which services are provided. Additionally, the care plan allows for a conservative approach eliminating unnecessary work. Dr. Ana Harris and the entire staff is wonderful. It's a busy office, but they have worked me in any time I needed immediate attention.

While I am extremely satisfied with the recent service I received as a new patient, unfortunately my good experience has been altered. The level of professionalism from the front desk staff is very disheartening and I'm very dissatisfied at how I was spoken to and how my appointment setting was handled. I think it would benefit this office to train the front desk personnel on how to handle paying customers and how to deliver top-notch customer service despite their own personal aggravation. All and all, I am on the fence on whether I would I like to continue being a customer, because I did appreciate the services rendered - yet my recent encounter with this office trumps my overall experience.
