I've had surgeries performed by Dr Ferraro and always found the staff professional and helpful. And Dr Ferraro did an excellent job.

This is ridiculous! My doctor sent a referral because of such pain & needs a specialist. Since then, i have called twice & get lost in a vortex of voice-mails with never a call back..they dont even have the courtesy to say they are behind or to let you know that there are actually humans that work there instead of just automated voices!...im still in terrible pain. Go somewhere else to relieve your pain because if you wait for these people, you may be dead by the time they acknowledge you!.
