I have been seeing Dr Belfor for at least 7 years now. I personally have not had any problems with the doctor or his whole staff. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I’ve basically had teeth cleanings and one cap installed in those 7 years.

I had a pre determination done on some work. On the paperwork it said I would reach my plan max, the office insisted on doing other work and they are now charging me for the work.

Absolutely awful i had a tooth pulled and he left peices ...pulled it while it wasnt nimb uet and then CUT MY TONGUE i have a hole in my tongue the place is awful even the nurse is rude and the dentist is rude HAs no bed side manors and NEEDS to retire worst place i ever been

Had a filling done. They said they were going to do silver. After telling the nurse "no, I wanted composite (tooth colored)," she said ok. They called to confirm the appointment, I said "I told the nurse I wanted a composite filling, not silver, is that in my notes?" She said, "no, I'll add it now." On the day of the appointment I'm in the chair and the nurse says "So we're doing a silver filling today .." "No, I said 2x I want composite." She replies "Ok, I'll tell the dentist." The dentist walks in when I'm in the chair and prepped for the procedure, he leans over and says "so we'll be doing a silver filling today." I had to sit up and say "no, I want a composite filling, NOT SILVER." The dentist grumbled and complained and then agreed. The entire time he was working on my mouth he continued to grumble and complain. 
Fast forward 2 months, every day pain, and I can't eat out of that side of the mouth. This was a standard filling. I went to another dentist. He monitored me for a few weeks then decided to re-do the filling. He said that the original filling was never even bonded to my tooth, it came right off when he started to remove it. $550 later (including a second filling, along with the repair) I am now pain free.   
 
Long story short, this guy gets zero stars.
