It is the staff with whom I have a problem...VERY rude and in fact the person answering the phone today, JUly 12, 2017, hung up on me. This is a doctors office not a department in WalMart.

FYI Address has changed to 15 Tower Ct. Doctor is great! Very thorough when it comes to getting to know a new patient. Timothy is very welcoming. Receptionist is not very friendly and VERY DIFFICULT to get through the phone when trying to schedule an appointment. It's either busy or goes straight to voicemail because they are SUPER busy. So if you're lucky you will have someone pick up. Otherwise leave a voicemail and they will get back to you in a few days.

We found Dr. Stegemann for our child after having a negative experience with our first pediatrician. We were amazed by the difference it made in having a doctor who cared, took his time to listen, and was professional. In little time, we had our whole family switch to see Dr. Stegemann. He will always greet us with a huge smile and put my children and I at ease when we are frustrated or confused with what we are dealing with. He is organized, patient and cautious in prescribing more medicine than is needed. I can generally get an appointment within a day or two, and on a few urgent cases, he would squeeze us in on the day of. If you leave a message they will call back the same day. I cannot say enough positive things about him!

Office staff is very rude over the phone. I was told that her phone was ringing off the hook and she did "not have time" to sit there and schedule appointments for 5 childrens physicals. We are applying to be foster parents and need this done. I did not appreciate the attitude. Also was told initially to have our kids charts sent over from our old office so they would be there when we needed an appt. Well on the phone today they told me they did not have a chart for my kids, because if they got sent over and they were not seen yet, they have no place to put them. Well, then where are my kids charts?? Dt Stegemann is leaving the practice, so now we are searching elsewhere.

I always go to Dr.stegman his staff and he himself are wonderful and my children never feel a think when getting shots there this is a very legit doctor
