I have had nothing but great experiences at Dr Cross's office. Not sure what these folks talking about in other reviews.  Dr has performed LASIK and 7 years later still good. He gave good advice on the mono vision (one eye for distance one eye for near sight) and it has worked out great. My wife has had cataracts and other basic services and is happy.  Office staff is great with many faces being there many years.  Parking is hard at office so park in correct place or they may tow you. 
Again very happy with office and would recommend.

She did my mother cataract surgery 1 year ago and she still have a pain in her eye, will never recommend this doctor.

I believe the doc had good intentions.  One eye is perfect!  The other eye...oh well is all I can say after one and a half years of issues.  The sad part was that he attempted to fix the error made in the original surgery 3 times.  I blame myself partially for allowing him to do so.  I should have asked a lot more questions and gotten second opinions way before I gave this fellow a 3rd chance.  He was very expensive, gave me tons and tons of expensive prescriptions, and to no avail.  The problem went from bad to worse.  I have triple vision in my bad eye and permanent scar tissue damage as well.  The other 2 docs I spoke to after the fact said that redoing to many times was a very poor decision.  I truly hope that this does not affect my faith in humankind.
Well it hasn't affected my faith in humans but I still live with the horrible vision in the one eye.  It is a shame that Dr. Cross was unwilling and unable to admit that he made a mistake.  I guess, in reality he did when he tried to fix my eye 3 times however he refused to communicate with me after I gently asked him to give me a partial refund for ruining one of my eyes.
