I went back to this car wash after I learned they were under new management.  I haven’t gone to them in months because, my last experience was bad.  I was greeted by the new manager.  He was friendly polite and, I told him I would try them again explaining my past experience.  The place also was much cleaner and, the entire staff had improved.  So yes I will continue my business again with them.

Disappointed. My husband use to go there regularly, but we moved so it's inconvenient, so now, rarely. I went today because because my truck needed a good cleaning but I didn't have time to do it. I told the girl who checked me in three times that I wanted the interior done, specifically dashboard, windows, and floors. She asked me 3 times whether I wanted machine wash or hand wash, to which I replied all three times that I wasn't picky about that, finally saying "machine is fine." 

When I left, driving down the road, I realized they didn't clean the windows and they didn't clean the dashboard. When I got out at home, I looked in the back floorboard, and could see that he had vacuumed everything... except under the seats. Looked at my receipt, and they charged me $3 extra for large SUV/ truck/van, although it was really a small SUV/truck (Sport Trac), but did not charge me for interior detailing.

I guess specifying three times that I wanted the interior detailed, was too hard to understand. Now I got to do all that myself, which is why I drove out of my way to go to Dr Wash in the first place!
