These guys have always taken care of my detailing needs for years now and have never let me down. Very professional, informative, and just cool down to earth cats. Having a very busy work schedule can be hard for me to fit in carwash time and with these guys it's just one less thing that I have to worry about! Two thumbs up fellas and keep up the great work!

I would give a zero if I could.  So over the thanksgiving break some food smells specifically onions stayed in my mom's mini cooper after transporting food back and forth.   So I wanted a full detail and a shampoo of her carpet.  Sweet right?............So I called this guy. Explained to him exactly what I wanted, he gave me a price quote of $100.  Stated his normal service is for $120 for a full size vehicle but since it is small vehicle (mini cooper) he would do it for $100.  I'm OK and he';s OK appointment scheduled.  So I talk to my dad that same morning he's asking what a full detail include.  He calls the guy to question.   Now mind you this "legitimate" business does not have a website so I'm only going off of what I know what a full detail includes. (OK my fault for the assumption).  So he text met at 1030 and says your mom lives waaaaaaay out. Really?  Because you got the address the day before.  But whatever.  Then he sends me a text stating - its raining not going to be able to do the outside.  I promptly respond that the vehicle is in a covered area and that you will not be in the elements and the care needs to be "completely" done". he states that he's not trying to get out of the wash and that he will readily do the full detail and shampoo the inside.  So at this point I'm thinking everything is all good again.  

5 minutes prior to getting to my moms house he tells me that a full detail is only a 11:13 thirteen minutes after the appointment time I call him to make sure what was expected was done.  He begins to tell me that a full detail does not include a wax.  A WAX!!!!!!!! Oh you mean the thing that's included at a $5-10 drive -thru car wash that I have to wipe dry? You don't include that?!!!!!! - No just a wash? Well what is included in your full detail then sir? - A deodorizer, a shampoo, and a wash. If you want a wax then  its an extra $30-$50, and I'm not going to argue with you....................and then hangs up..........but our people want us to support black business, this is my common experience.  This is also the reason why many of "us" side eye black businesses.  So anyone using him I hope your experience is better.  Good luck.
