They’re extremely rude I tried to order my freakin food over the phone and said an order they didn’t understand and they hung up on me twice.Whoever answers to take orders I strongly recommend to be switched. Also whenever I am delivered my food the person delivering the food gave me a hard time about tips.They’ve truly lost a costumer

I waited an hour and a half before cancelling my order that I was told would arrive in 45 minutes. I had already called after over an hour and was told that the driver was on the way and would be here any minute. After 15 minutes I called and cancelled my order as the counter girl had obviously lied about my order having been on the way. I wasn't about to give them a penny or take the very likely chance something had been done to my food. I would fire the girl who answers the phone as she is a liar and unable to perform her job. She has cost your company a customer.

My family and I have been buying food from here for many years even after we moved from the area we still travel to this spot, the previous owners were such nice people and they greeted us with such respect and kindness, needless to say who ever is running this restaurant now needs to speak to the asian woman upfront answering the phones and taking orders. She is absolutely nasty and rude. She rushes u off the phone and when my sister asked for the receipt for prices since it was on my credit card she proceeded to yell at my sister and be absolutely disrespectful to her. Customer service is a big part of business. And u will be losing alot of customers this way. Very unprofessional.
