I called a week ago. I never got a call back. I called today. The woman on the phone was very rude. She refused to help. This was my second time talking to her. I always go through drain surgeon but I will not anymore because of her attitude.

I live in Connell, WA and for the last 2 years I have had them come out to root out the mainline. They did excellent work. They will be the only ones I have to my plumbing repairs from now on.

I couldn't get anyone to call me back for 3 days.  The answering service lady was rude and unhelpful.  My landlady will be using someone else in the future and you guys have lost lots of business.  I don't know what to tell you.
