I just completed my 3rd round of therapy at this location for different injuries in the last few years. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in and approached the front desk. The ENTIRE staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate and work together as a team 
to give you the best care and treatment specific to your needs. They truly listened to my concerns about my comfort levels, but knew when to push me so I could heal. I feel so much stronger now thanks to everyone that worked with me, and also have several exercises that I am able to do at home to continue to stay that way. 
I have, and will continue to, recommend them for any PT needs.

I would like to use this opportunity to share my experiences with Drayer. I have been a patient on and off for the past 3 years. I have nothing but songs of praises for the staff. Starting from the moment you walk in the building, you are greeted with a warm and friendly hello.  The therapist have been very professional and  committed to assisting with my recovery. They are accommodating  with scheduling because I have had to change mine's often. I would especially like to thank Ebony & Joanna because they make me feel like family. I would strongly recommend them to my friends & family. Thanks for all that you do!!!!

they really don't know what they are doing. to be honest with you all, please try some other PT. I went in there for almost more than a months, nothing work(coz they just have me do one thing all time, they take lot of people at once which could be profitable for them but not so organized. ). I already switched to other PT and feeling log of better

Often too busy to accurately focus on individual patients. The two main therapists Joanna and Ebony cackle and gossip like high schoolers expecting someone to not be able to hear a whisper. First week or two was fine, then started to notice that the longer it went it declined. I was instructed to get a second referral from the therapist for my neck only to be given an attitude and told "I guess I'm doing an evauluation today" with an attitude. Definitely won't be recommending anyone here ever.

I had the best experience here! the staff is very pleasant and always welcomed me when i came in. they worked with me on my co-pay which really helped and the best part obviously is that they got me 100% better!
