An honest repair shop that looks out for it's customers' needs rather than their pocketbook.  I am tempted to go back for all my repair needs, even though they are no where near convenient.  I came for the Groupon and will go back for the service.

From the speediness of my mechanic, to the friendliness of the receptionist, my overall experience was beyond a ten. I just moved to the area and needed an oil change. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes. They were nice enough to check out everything going on with my car to keep me informed and even quoted me on each recommendation line by line. Any and all of repair needs in Hartford County must go to Precision Tune Auto Care for fast and reliable service. Thanks again guys!

Only been here once after buying a Groupon for an oil change and alignment inspection. Service was friendly, even when scheduling; and they still got me in after being 20 minutes late. Got some other work done by a different mechanic and was told they over filled my oil. That seems like such a bizzare and inexperienced mishap, which will cause me not to go back.
