Spend 2 hours waiting ....and when dentist arrive its like hes in a hurry ...i really had a bad toothache that time but still i felt that they dont want to accomodate us....thanks god i did not decided to have a root canal there instead i go to the other dental clinic which is much better and the dentist and staff are really friendly...and when i go to the other dentist he check my tooth and told me that i dont have to go through root canal because my tooth is ok ....and he found out the real cause of my toothache ...

I had appointments scheduled for myself and my son last Friday. I called to confirm the appointment as they require. At the time of the call, I was told 1pm. I called BACK to confirm a 2nd time because I had 12pm in my phone. The office confirmed, yes, 1pm was our appointment time. I arrived Friday at 10 to 1. The receptionist said ohhhh, they have been trying to get ahold of you. I had no missed calls on my cell phone. She stated my son's appointment was actually at noon. I told her about the call confirming and how I had called back to double check the time. She kind of brushed me off and I went to the waiting room. Someone else came out to the waiting room to tell me they had a "scheduling conflict" or something of the sort and would not be able to complete our appointments as they were scheduled. At that time, I was furious and just walked out. I had taken off of work and taken my son out of school only to be told our appointments needed to be changed. When I got home, I did have 2 messages on my home phone from THAT day. I WORK during the day and am positive they had my cell and possibly work phone on file as well. Then I called today to have our records transferred to another office. I was told it would be $25 to pick up my sons records!!!! I work in a physicians office and records are transferred all the time between providers without a charge to the patient. I don't know how this office is able to make this charge. But, I cancelled all of my families future appointments here and want to be sure everyone is aware of the unprofessional behavior of their office. When I called today, besides the insane charge, the person who I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude. Even asking me at one point if she could speak now. Totally inappropriate.

Very thorough and welcoming. One of the few dentists around SW Iowa that accept medicaid. They will definitely be my new dentists.
