Ben and his team are super knowledgeable when it comes to real estate in central Iowa. I refer to them as they are a lower cost than the typical real estate agent and they have everything you need to sell your home.

It was a pleasure doing business with you Ben Bjorholm, thanks for answering all my calls and text in a timely manner, will definitely pass your cards around for anyone that is looking for a flat fee(very reasonable fee) full service Real Estate services, will definitely be doing more business in the near future together!!

My husband and I just purchased a home through Ben and he was so easy to work with. We had nothing but a good experience with him. He is honest, knowledgeable, very flexible and patient and we really felt that he had our best interest at heart. At one point when there was a frustrating situation (as there always is when buying a home), he literally told me 'not to worry that he had my back and would take care of the situation' - and he did. We knew we were in good hands. He was also an asset in locating homes to view as he really listened to our wants and needs and stayed within our price range. I would highly recommend Ben and Dream Street Realty!
