Sima Sabic is one of the best tenant managers I have had since I’ve stayed here. She has made sure I was always satisfied with the maintenance work or any work that needed to be done. We have had 3 tenant managers since I’ve been here and she has been the most helpful and respectful. Everyone here loves her and would be sad if she left, she is always here if you need anything and returns calls as soon as possible.

I want to thank you for having a awesome manager that looks after the apartment and there people to make sure everything is fixed and token care of.I know three years ago when I was trying to get a app for these apartments.I couldn't ever get in touch with him.

This property has a great team!  Smaller in size to get that one on one attention.  Laundry in every building, Basketball Court and Play Ground.    Come see why residents call this home!

I feel that Sima does an amazing job, she is always friendly, and looks out after the property well, she is always outside picking up trash and making sure it looks neat.  Every time I have been to the office she is extremely helpful and eager to get everything taken care of that I needed.  It's nice to see a manager who takes pride in her property.  I don't regret making the decision to move here whatsoever. THANK YOU SIMA FOR GIVING SO MUCH OF YOURSELF TO ALL OF US. - SAMANTHA
