I really disappointed at this point. Had them to my home twice now... once to fix my gas log set, which they got running but it was broken again a couple of weeks later. Had them back about that and to replace a faucet. Discussed replacing fireplace with a new one and was told I’d get a quote the next day. Today marks a week and still haven’t received my quote. I called a couple of times within this time and was told they were too busy and would get it done. I’ve now had time to get another company out here and will be going with them. I just don’t understand doing business this way. I had thought they were great but I guess not.

I asked Dreyer Plumbing & Heating for a quote on a tankless water heater, they are the installer for the brand that Lowe's carries.  Their representative was pleasant enough but he tried to switch brands on the water heater. I asked to receive a quote for both brands.

After waiting 11 weeks for a quote I called multiple times to get an update.  I finally heard back today... they are too busy to do the work and wouldn't be providing a quote.  A phone call weeks ago would have been nice. 

I find it disappointing that I had to make calls to get the status of my quote after 11 weeks of waiting.  If this is indicative of their customer support I'm glad they won't be doing the work.

We had Dreyer install a utility (mop) sink in our basement several months ago.   It is still functional and we use it regularly.  We had used Dreyer before for a few other jobs (new toilet, cleaning HW-on-demand box, etc.) and found their work to be expensive but acceptable.
We purchased the utility sink and faucet through Dreyer.   They had priced it at $250 - not too bad.   Unfortunately, I had neglected to ask them for an estimate on labor before the install.   It appeared that the plumber came unprepared to do the job as a lot of time was spent getting special parts from the truck.  Also, he cut the faucet in off-center (he apologized for doing that)  and he left a pipe hanging directly over the sink (inconvenient hazard).   It took him more than 2 hours to put it in.      
He left and said that I would get a bill in the mail.   They charged me $450 for labor and $185 for extra materials.   Our total bill was for $885.   I enclosed a letter of complaint with the payment that I sent back.   They did not respond.

We had a great experience using Dreyer Plumbing and Heating. The workers were very friendly and polite, and extremely professional.  The owner himself checked in daily on the job and at times came twice a day.  I highly recommend Dreyer Plumbing and Heating and would absolutely refer them to any family member or friend.

Have dealt with Dreyer a couple times now and have nothing but positive to say.   Very responsive and professional in meeting our needs.   Will absolutely use them again in the future.
