I love "Dave's"! The people working here are a soulful bunch who love animals. The young woman who cares for the guinea pigs is esp. charming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Whenever I visit, I'm heartened and impressed. I've seen clean cages, full water bottles/food bowls, and thoughtful toys to occupy critters' curiosity. The TLC lavished upon the animals leaves my heart happy.

Love this local business. They have the best of both worlds. Small business customer service, with conveniences and prices of a large business. They have very knowledgeable staff, who I actually feel like I can trust, and there is always someone in the aisles available to help you if you should need it. They price match online websites, and offer a loyalty program with coupons, rewards, and promotions. They carry the better quality, harder to find brands of dog and cat food and are never out of stock. Just all around a wonderful store. Clean, friendly, and convenient.

Excellent selection of pet foods and products. They also provide DIY dog baths with dryers. The staff is pleasant and helpful and several are quite knowledgeable about the different foods they carry.

Horrified that some are so childish to not go to your store due to a photo op- makes me want to visit your store all the more! DO NOT Apologize and lower yourself to the standards of your non loyal customers that are so ignorant that they let politics get in the way of your business. Sad. You have done great things for 40 years. Be proud of that. Prayers for you and your family!

My first time in the store was tonight. Had some problems with our fish tank. It was 10 minutes before the store closed. The people working tonight could not have been nicer. A young man explained to me what I needed to do to remedy my tank problem. Thank you young man. Dave good staff you have in your Agawam store.
