Was told that they would charge me the same quote as last time they cleaned my basement carpet. When they were done they didn’t honor this. I agreed to pay what they charged but told them that this is not what I had agreed to. I told the person, I think the name was Kevin multiple times that it was poor business practice but that I was agreeing to pay. He blamed me for this and interrupted me multiple times. After I paid what he asked he said “don’t ever call us again”. This was after they rescheduled multiple times and I was flexible with them. He also raised his voice in my home and this made my wife uncomfortable. The other guy that was with Kevin was very nice, reasonable and pleasant.

Unprofessionally managed. Unreliable scheduling. Great work. Arrived hours after the scheduled 5h window. They refused to provide a time window when i called early in the day, then they lied about the status of a tech enroute, then the tech called an hour after that to say he would arrive an hour later. However, when they arrived, the techs were polite, professional,  and provided great service.

They are they worst. They came to clean our dryer vent. The tech was nice enough but a few weeks later we smelled smoke and realized that no only did they not clean the vent properly but they had actually loosened the vent to the point where all the new lint was being blown  into the laundry room making a terrible mess. I called the company and they told me I must have ordered tbe wrong service even though that was the only service that was offered. He did offer to send someone out but not for several weeks  because they were “busy with the holidays coming up”. I have not head back. Terrible service and a complete waste of money.

GREAT! Got my appointment scheduled within a week as I requested. I gave him a description of my townhouse over the phone and mentioned that I had pets. I noted there was a couple stains that I couldn't get up with my own shampooer. I also noted that we did have steps as well. The quoted price he gave over the phone was exactly the same as when they got there. My house was completely empty for them as I was already moved out. I was able to pay over the phone before the started which I was a bit hesitant about. But after I saw the amazing work they did the next day, I was completely fine with it. They removed the stains that I couldn't get out myself, which were pretty tough. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm happy with their service. Dave, very professional on the phone and schedule me Quickly.  The technicians  were fast, friendly  and very efficient.  They remove make up stains from the carpet of the room of my daughter.. "happy about that "! I recommend them to anyone .  Great job guys!!!

I was able to schedule an appt within a couple days. Travis and Anthony came to our house to clean our living room carpet and bathroom tile. . They did a fantastic job!  The tile grout looks like new again and the carpet smells great!  It only took about an hour and the carpet dried quickly.  They were very informative and courteous.  I would definitely recommend.

They came right on time and were in and out within 15 minutes or so.  They did a great job.  The only problem I had was the carpet took longer to dry than the 2 hour window.  It took more like 24 hours to dry completely.  I would recommend them and will use them again!!

Carlos and his Uncle came out to our home at 8am they did an incredible job the entire home was done about and hour and the hose smelled amazing. Carlos took the time to explain everything they were doing and even explained how the equipment worked. They arrived on time were quick were able to get out every stain. I was very impressed and most Definitely will be using dry masters again in the future. Thank you for the same day service, and for doing such an incredible job for a very reasonable price.

I have edited my original review from a 1 to a 3. I had scheduled an appointment yesterday evening to get our dryer vent cleaned, but no one showed up. When I called this morning, the owner had told me he had made a mistake and put us down for the dryer vent cleaning this evening instead of yesterday like he can originally said. He promised to give us a $50 discount, which I appreciate. The window for arrival was 4-8 pm and no one showed up until after 9, which was a little disappointing. However, the gentlemen who did our dryer vent cleaning were very  friendly and did do a good job once they arrived.

I feel that the two men who came to my house did a rush job. I did have a small carpeted basement which needed the stairs cleaned also. When I paid the company online the price was locked in just for them to tell me when they got here that to make it smell good was extra. I personally feel like that should be part of the deal, why get carpets cleaned without it smelling good . The guys were here literally 15 minutes to clean the carpets the other time was setup and break down time and then we handled the transaction for the deodorizer fee and they were gone. I noticed right away that the carpet edges weren't clean and the stairs were only cleaned down the middle the sides were still dark and dirty looking. I expressed that to the men while they were still here and they stated because it was wet it looked that way, but I knew better.  I decided to let it go and see what it looked like when it dried. When it dried it looked the same, dirty edges and stairs clean only right down the middle. The only reason I even gave them two stars is it smelled good and the spots that they actually took time to clean was actually visibly clean, mind you the carpet was only slightly soiled not filthy, so I expected more. They did tell me that the one spot that was on the carpet they couldn't make no promises, that I understood because the guys that renovated the house, left that stain, so no problem with that. They informed me that the black linty stuff left on top of the carpet could be vacuumed after it dried and that the cleaning itself would loosen up some of the carpet fibers and help with allergens. That was true, when we vacuumed after the cleaning it did pick up more fibers which in turn helped with allergens. So that's why I gave two stars instead of one star.
