If I could put in negative stars, I would. The best word to describe their service is "deporable." I had 3 issues:

1) On one occaision, I arrived 10 minutes before stated closing hours; they were gone. Left a message at the published phone number, but did not receive the courtesy of a reply. When I inquired the next morning (in person), all I got was a shrug from the counter attendant.

2) In my experience, standard service is "in by 9AM, out by 5PM" - they want to claim that "normal" is 3 business days. Let me be specific:  I dropped off shirts Friday morning, and they were not returned until after 5PM the following TUESDAY (where are they sending these shirts out to be done, China?)

3) The coupe de gras: I brought in 2 shirts with ink stains on the pocket, and pointed them out to the counter attendant, who expressed doubt at their ability to remove them. Now, when at home, I can do it with over-the-counter products available at any grocery, but on the road, that option wasn't available. Fine, I said I understood they may not be able to improve on the situation. 

When I returned, one shirt was no better, as expected - however, the other was RUINED:  the ink stains had been spread across the shirt, covering more than 5 times the area originally affected. 

When I expressed my concern over this, the counter attendant called the manager - who proceeded to complain to me that my shirt had nearly ruined a load of other shirts that they had tried to clean with my shirt; not only would he not consider any kind of compensation for the shirt he had ruined, I was supposed to pay HIM for his trouble in dealing with the stain.

OK, call me crazy, but...I believe that THEY are in the business of handling laundry (including stains), and yet in my experience, they neither a) can perform a consistently competent professional job of addressing normal laundry issues, and b) think it's appropriate to blame ME for their inability to do so.

Naturally, I will not be returning. I do not recommend that any one else do so, either.

They have now ripped 2 of my shirts.  The first time, the gave me store credit and I accepted it - bad move on my part.  It happened a 2nd time, the owner said my shirt was old, so that's why it was ripped.  He took NO responsibility for it, and basically blamed me for it - said the shirt was ripped when I brought it in.  Needless to say I won't be going there again.
