We had to organize ourselves to be present when the electrician/plumber, a carpet technician, a curtain repairer came who couldn't do anything, the room remained in the dark for the whole length of stay, and a housekeeper. We wasted a lot of time, including getting double the badge that we repeatedly claimed in vain. The least we could have done was to offer us compensation. It was not the case. And we still had the unpleasant surprise of paying additional charges including cleaning!, which are directly deducted from the security deposit. For an agency that prides itself on carefully supporting its clients and offering luxury and prestigious properties, this is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this agency enough! Pour commencer l’appartement était sale. Il manquait des draps dans les lits. Les couvre-lits étaient crasseux, avec des auréoles jaunâtres. Une moquette présentait des taches d’urine de chien. Il y avait des poils de chien dans les coins et derrière les radiateurs. Beaucoup de poussières et des objets que de précédents locataires avaient laissés derrière un meuble, y compris une culotte sale… Puis nous avons découvert qu’il y avait de nombreuses réparations à effectuer : prises électriques, luminaires, une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Cafetière en panne. Poêles et casseroles si usées qu’elles n’étaient pas utilisables. On nous a remis deux clés dont une sans badge, pourtant nécessaire pour pouvoir entrer dans l’immeuble. Autre souci: un store en bois cassé qu’il n’était pas possible de remonter et qui laissait donc une partie de la cuisine et de la salle à manger dans la pénombre. Nous avions loué le bien par l'intermédiaire d'une autre agence, mais c'est DS REAL ESTATE qui gère cet appartement avec un relâchement épouvantable. Mme Zoritch s’est révélée particulièrement incompétente, de mauvaise foi et sur la fin du séjour odieuse. Il a fallu nous organiser pour être présents lors de la venue de l’électricien/plombier, d’un technicien moquette, d’un réparateur de rideau qui n’a rien pu faire, la pièce est restée dans le noir sur toute la durée du séjour, et d’une femme de ménage. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps, y compris pour faire le double du badge que nous avons plusieurs fois réclamé en vain. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous proposer un dédommagement. Cela n’a pas été le cas. Et nous avons eu encore la désagréable surprise de payer des charges supplémentaires dont le ménage ! , sommes directement déduites sur le dépôt de garantie.
