His wife Jennifer is the President/CEO of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce. Handling a property transaction from long distance can be difficult, but Rick made it easy for my family.  Not being local made it that much more important to work with someone who is well knowledgeable about the market, knows the feel of different neighborhoods, and is willing to get to know what really matters to your family in finding a new home.   From day one he went above and beyond to ensure that the process ran smoothly, including visiting homes on our behalf and organizing inspectors/vendors.   Rick was a total pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in lovely Sedona.

Rick went above and beyond in all ways possible from the beginning of deciding to work with him to after closing. He was professional, extremely responsive with communication and truly listened to us through the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend working with Rick if you're looking to buy a home in Sedona–he really has his finger on the pulse of the real estate market in town.

Thanks to Rick our home buying experience was absolutely perfect. He found us an amazing house within our budget and in the neighborhood we wanted to be in. His broad knowledge of the area and of the properties on the market (and those soon to be on the market) gives Rick, and the home buyers he represents, a needed edge. Things couldn’t have gone any better for us and the outcome was as flawless as the process. Rick guided us throughout and made everything stress-free, convenient, and easy. Rick helped us buy a land/lot in Sedona, AZ. We live in Illinois and Rick was terrific in helping us through the process, extremely professional, well organized -  understood our interests, criteria's very well. Rick has very good experience and expertise in and around Sedona Real estate market, Rick always gave his honest feedback about the properties from his own perspective and never pushed us for anything.
