The nice people at Drive and Shine make a mundane experience fun. Lot's of smiles and interactions. My dog looks forward to the treat and the stuffed monkeys in the blow dry area. And we leave clean and shiny!

Guy was really nice and gave me some options so you pick the best wash . When you going through the blow drivers they've got these little monkeys that get blown around and it's pretty funny

I went for an oil change by the recommendation of a friend.  The first visit was great!  Was a little more than expected, but they explained that I have a big engine so it takes more oil.  The second visit was not as great.  They kept pushing all kinds of service that wasn't needed.  I mentioned the dealer is taking care of one service and that seemed to make them mad.  I don't think I'll be back any time soon.

UPDATE:  I opened the hood for some electrical work and found the transmission dipstick laying on the engine!  I will never come back!

Awful experience. Brand new car purchased last month. Went to Driver and Shine for a simple wash and vacuum and I left with a car that now needs repainted to look new again. The car wash added some nice scratches down the side which will not come out and the vacuum hose chipped the paint along the bumper because the guys scrub the hose against the paint while vacuuming. Went right back to talk to manager who was not there so I came back the following morning and he didn't take responsibility for any of it. Said his "wash and vacuum couldn't make those marks". What's even worse is I pay $40 and the car isn't even clean! If you care about your car you should never take it to Drive and Shine.

Love this place. I had foggy headlights and fog lights. I went there to get them cleaned up. The price was really reasonable and the technician did a quick and very thorough job. Now I have no trouble spotting deer at night .
