DKM&O helped me purchase my first home, and they were incredible to work with. My Lawyer Justin Jay and his colleague Zaia were able to answer all of the questions I had, and never having bought a home before..I had a ton. They were prompt and professional, and I have recommended them to many of my friends, and even my own clients .

We used DKMO on both our Condo and Home purchases, and sale of said Condo, in Chicago and highly recommend you do the same. The staff is incredibly helpful and gave us advice on more than just the scope of what they needed to do in regards to our sale/purchases. Ask for Zaia and you are going to get 5 star, phenomenal service. He took care of issues with our Condo Association I was convinced would drag out the process without me having to do more than answer a few questions once. ONCE! Justin Jay took us through every little detail and helped explain things clearly and concisely, while being able to relate to some of our issues/conflicts and showing he legit cared about our concerns/needs. Home buying/selling is about as stressful as it gets, but you can make it much easier on yourself by hiring this firm to navigate you through it all.

I worked with DKMO to sell my home and purchase another and it was one of the toughest experiences we have been through but Justin, Zaia, and the DKMO team helped us through the entire process.  When the buyer of our home had special needs when it came to closing and it pushed the closing date to 2 days before Christmas, Justin was in close communications with us keeping us up to date on everything which included 2 different changes to our officially closing and selling date!! When you have new windows and doors being installed on your old home, an understandably anxious seller waiting in the wings, a snow storm, AND a major holiday looming, Justin and the DKMO team were there to laugh and cry with. We couldn't be happier with the sale of our first home to a family just starting out, and with the purchase of our new home that we continue to love to this day. We literally could not have done it without DKMO. I would highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone, new or old to this daunting process. They made the tough phone calls, had the difficult conversations, and had our needs front of mind always. Thank you for making our dream home a reality, Justin Jay and the entire DKMO team!!!
