Very Bad Attorney! We hired Attorney Norm Kurtz to close our Condominium Purchase. He LIED that we would have Board Member Rights in the Condo Association. We were forced to go to another Attorney and reclaim our rights. ($8,000+ in legal fees). Attorney Kurtz also claimed that our Condominium Property Taxes would be ~$1,600/year.
