Horrible service. I come in at least twice a month for orthodontics and dentistry. The wait time is always 30 minutes or more. The past four times I have been here I have waited over 2 hours for EVERY VISIT. Then you sit in the back for another 30 minutes to be seen and everything is done in 10 minutes. (Typically all I need done is a retie and tightening of the braces. Today I scheduled an emergency visit for the swelling and pain of my gums and I am waiting for two and a half hours now. In pain. It’s a shame I can’t go to another orthodontist due to running out of insurence for braces. I have had braces for five and a half years because the office is so packed and overbooked that I can only schedule reties and tightening for my braces once a month if I’m lucky, at times I went 9-12 weeks between visits when braces should be tightened every 2 weeks to move the process along. Well now I have to stay at this location because my insurance isn’t paying anymore so the orthodontistry is losing money every visit I am seen. They finally have me coming in every two weeks but it’s at the expense of my time. I have to sit and wait to be called. I’m fit in whenever they get a break in the schedule or if someone cancels their appointment. It’s unbareable and I wish I never came to this dentistry in the first place. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible experience.  The Dr had no bedside manners.  I waited with my son to get his 2 cavities filled.  After waiting ALL day, Dr decided that he was only going to fill one cavity and I had to make another appointment to fill the other.  I pleaded, but he was dismissive and arrogant.  Terrible!!!!!

I waited for over an hour for my scheduled appointment. I was here for a tooth extraction therefore I could not eat in preparation for anesthetia. On top of that my original appointment was for 8 am and they moved me to 12:30. This is unprofessional for an oral surgery considering you cannot eat or drink at all before your surgery. Definitely will not come back to this dental office.

What a horrible experience.
Just to sum it up: don't get extractions here. You will wait literally all day. 
 I had a 1030 appt to get a tooth removed. I didn't get called in til 230! And i would have waited another hour if someone ahead of me didnt walk out. On top of that there were multiple people, who didn't have appts, getting their teeth pulled before me and were carrying on about how they've been there since 830 because they came in for an exam and the doctors offered to take the tooth out that day! They were already overbooked, they shouldn't be adding walk in SURGERIES! There were so many people waiting to get their teeth pulled, appts and no appts, but all were complaining. Then after I was called into the back I waited an hour just to get an iv put in.. then I waited 30 mins for them to just put tubes in my nose and not even hook it up.. so the doctor finally came in after I was waiting in the chair for 2 hrs and said "this isn't hooked up!" And I waited longer.. 
They say you'll be there up to 6 hrs, we'll I didn't leave til 530.. 
The oral surgeon was very very nice and made me feel at ease though. Not sure of his name. The dental assistants weren't that warm and welcoming. When I woke up from the surgery I had no idea what was going on, they just put me in a chair in the hallway. I didn't even know it was done and was so high on the drugs I was getting anxiety cus no one told me I was all done! I just sat confused, alone and dizzy for probably 15 mins til they finally called my family member back.
