I had a fabulous experience there yesterday.  Everyone on the staff was very kind and genuinely friendly.  Dr. Alex is extremely thorough and very very kind.  I had no anxiety at all in the office and am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

It is now 7 months since my initial appointment with the Newburgh Dental Group's Dr. Alex.  I have had several teeth worked on and have been fortunate to be the recipient of both his artistic talent and pleasant demeanor.  He is an expert at bonding teeth and has a great eye at matching bond color to your teeth.  He has the latest materials and is up to date on the newest developments in dentistry.  I have always been greeted by friendly office staff and drive over 50 miles each time to get there because I have been so impressed by the office.  I should also mention that the office is new and beautiful and spotless!

Staff is very professional friendly and prompt. Office is clean and comfortable . I would definitely recommend Newburgh Dental Group to anyone. Great family dentist.

Rude front desk staff!!! Every appointment except the initial visit was an headache. I believe my scheduled appointments were not fully honored due to the unprofessionalism of the staff.  The manager Lina is just as bad as her front desk girls. You would think a manager would know how to handle and de-escalate an issue, no she only added fuel to the fire! She is Very unprofessionaI and constantly interrupts you when trying to explain and discuss the issue. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was told they were too busy to assist me in an efficient manner. I was also told that I was ridiculous and to be quiet.  The manager talked to me as if I was a child her child at that with her fingers pointed at me.  My son and I had an appointment that we waited almost 6 months for to be told the day of the appointment that "oh we don't accept your insurance, we except everything else" so as a result had to leave. Unbelievable!! I'm glad to be switching because I don't want these kind of people caring for my son and I teeth at all!  I hope this place does better! And learns how to handle when there is a issue. Horrible day again at that office! Last day for that

This was my first appointment. The place was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and the doctors were easy to understand and didn't make me feel rushed. I will be getting some work done here so I will let you know how that goes afterwards.

My 2 yr old daughter accompanied me to my appointment today and she loved it. She was entertained and even WANTED to stay with the folks there. I didn't catch the name of the woman my daughter was shadowing, but she was awesome with her. Absolutely loved the atmosphere today...tons of love!!
