You get what you pay for.  The service is excellent, ladies were very very nice. 

But, the unit was a dump.  They dropped some kind of rat poison, and the items I had stored still stink after 6 months.

My advise would be to pay the additional $20 a month elsewhere.

"Run Forrest Run" -  1/2 star rating from me. The front desk person (Ms. Michelle) could use some training at delivering excellent customer service.  The sad thing is that she does not belong in this job and she knows it - cannot multitask, highly frustrated with clients, and super negative attitude . UHaul could do much better at screening their independent dealers.

Have been doing business there since January 1999.  On recently have been disappointed there, because they added on  U- Haul Business and because of that, it is sometimes difficult  get in the gate to get to your storage unit.  Otherwise, it would sincerely earn a Five Star Rating from me.

I had that best experience today with druid hills storage. The lady named michele was so funny and helpful to the point I felt like I was with family. She was so konwledgeable about the storage unit that I would need to store my home goods and she made me feel safe enough to leave my stuff there after she walked me out to the unit to show me where I will be leaving my stuff and that my things will be safe in Druid Hills storage care. But what really made me feel good was when it came down to getting a Uhaul truck. I thought that I would need a regular size truck to move my things and she asked me what all did i have to move and when I told her she looked a truck that would be the perfect size for me and all thge long making me laugh and feel safe. I just want to give her a great BIG THANK YOU for making my first time experience one that I will always remember. Thank you michele it was a pleasure doing business with you and I will tell all my freinds about Druid Hills Storage and the lady that helped me.
