Took my bike in to be serviced before a 100 mile charity ride. I didn't know what to expect... I was blown away by the amazing job done. Amazing customer service and professional attitude. My gears were indexed so perfectly I couldn't even feel my bike transition gears; so smooth. A+ work.

I have been going to Drummonds for a few years now. They are some of the best bike mechanics out there. They have helped my bikes stay rolling fast, quiet, and smooth. I recently just purchased a Jekyll 2 from them and the bike is awesome. Its great to have a bike shop that is always willing to help you out in a pinch.

I had been experiencing low back and IT band pain from riding a road bike that was not fit properly.  Drummond Cycle came highly recommended by customers that were on a Vermont Bike Tour in Italy in my group.  I drove from Burlington, Vermont to get a professional fit and purchase a new road bike from Drummond.  The experience far surpassed my expectations of a bike shop from the fit to the delivery.  Dick and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  I described the level of riding that I wanted to achieve and a budget that would work for me.  Dick customized a road bike for me and worked extremely hard to make sure it was fit perfectly.  I no longer have IT band pain or low back pain.  I absolutely love my bike and have achieved a whole new level of cycling that I wasn’t confident I could achieve.  It was such a great investment.  I also purchased a Saris Super Clamp bike rack, carbon bike shoes, and accessories for my new bike at Drummond.  I will never go anywhere else for bike maintenance.  It is well worth the drive to NH from Vermont.  Thank- you Drummond for an excellent experience and a bike that is super comfortable and fun to ride.
