By far the best Di$count dry cleaners I have ever been  and I have use other cleaner but the price here  is very low and done amazing job on cleaning both dry cleaning and Laundry service!  

I have review before using this cleaner about the staff and service but I gave them try and  was VERY SATISFIED!!  with Staff who are extremely friendly - A++ and efficient. Great prices and fast service with amazing quality A++! Would definitely recommend this place! And they will get my business  since I join their VIP program!

The lady there is not friendly or has any customer service skills.  I have been there many times.  Every time she is rude and argumentative with customers. Today she was telling the lady in line that she had not paid for the items she was picking up.  The lady had proof that it was paid for already.  She never said sorry.  There were other people different genders and nationalities in line.  It wasn't until a Hispanic male came in that she acknowledged someone with a little politeness.  So, of you are going there it is not for the customer service... very rude and act as is if they do not want your business.

Really disappointed considering how big this place is. But I guess you get what you paid for. Went twice and each time I requested they do it again. 1st time I went was with a stain which they "could not remove" the Spanish lady was helpful thou. She was nice. However after the second try  was still the same. Then I went again with more shirts and a suit that had simple body sweat stains..like on the collars and had them do dry clean and nothing then requested for them to wash it and still nothing.. their services SUCK. then the young man went on some BS on how he had to charge me an additional $3.82 after i already paid $17 ...for changing my mind lol and making them take it to another place to do since they were behind because a machine broke. Worst ever! Told him ima pay it and never go back.

I  will be writing these reviews until I get Mr Patel to pay for my last dry cleaning.  I have been a customer for over 2 years and was very happy until the new manger took over.  He is a immature young lad I believe his name is Wesley the good girls along with her mother don't work here any more who doesn't understand what he doesn't understand.  I asked for a consideration for the inappropriate and incomplete job that cost over 25 dollars to be redone. I was told by the manger himself that if he gave everyone credit for poor work he would not have any business.  He offered me a free shirt.  Since this is a partnership of people doing this on the side from there real jobs there is no investment in keeping customers happy or serviced  I was told I could drive back and speak to the owner Patel at 7.00pm.  I asked for contact info. so I might call because I wasn't driving back.   I would just say this if you want quality don't go here.  if you want starch on your shirts don't go here.  If you want creases(sp) in you slack's don't go here.  If you want stains removed don't go here.  If you want poor customer service then go here if you want absentee ownership go here.  if you want to just drive buy and hand them money for work they will not do then go here.  You have been warned
