Would not recommend. It's not worth using this service despite the cheaper cost. I'm giving it two stars only because I didn't have any problems with the dry cleaning itself. This company has no way to talk to a live customer service person except through text. After having a text conversation with one of their representatives, I was told that my order was completed. I went to the pick-up location only to find out that the rep had actually given me information about someone else's order (the key to the locker that held someone else's cleaned clothes). So if you want a business that cares about the security of your items, I would suggest going elsewhere. Also, their website advertises that you will get your items back in 48 hours, but our comforter took a week and a half to get back. That might just be for comforters and other large items, but I would suggest the company update their website with accurate information if they wish to keep their customers. I'll be getting my clothes cleaned somewhere else, thanks.

This isn't what you think it is. I drove all the way here thinking I can clean my clothes when I get there, no. This is simply a dry cleaning that offers 24hr drop off. They don't even clean 24/7, but rather you can drop you clothes off in the middle of the night. Which is pointless and misleading... it even says dry cleaning kiosk! There is no kiosk, the owner should Google the definition of a kisok. This should just named like a regular dry cleaners but that offers 24hr pickup and drop off.

Besides the convenience, I found the service friendly, clothes meticulously cleaned and on time when promised. This was just one more way to make my busy life easier! I would reccommend the service to everyone.
